Truthful Tuesdays

Confessions from a Working Mom This week's Truthful Tuesday question is one that haunts all women, especially after kids!

 Which part of your body are you least satisfied with?

And it's not hard for me to answer. But, my answer is likely very different from so many others! I'm very comfortable with my body size and shape (although, I kinda miss my boobs. These post-nursing sacks of flesh stuck on my chest.. Well, they leave a bit to be desired!)

For me, it's my skin. I have had acne issues for over 20 years now, and try as I might, I just can't beat it. It's embarrassing to be an adult hiding behind layers of makeup, and high backs and necks. I avoid clothes that I know would be cute... if only. It's also really hard to convince someone of your skills as an Avon Rep when you look like a 15 year old!

So, that's what it is for me. Wanna share too? Feel free to comment (or leave your link in the comments) and be sure to click that Truthful Tuesday's button and visit Confessions From a Working Mom to see what other's had to say, too!

  1. Oooooh, skin, you know I didn't even think about that? Good answer! Although, like I said to everyone else, I think we're all too critical of ourselves!

    I used to have major acne problems in high school. My dad got me Accutane, I don't even know if they still market that stuff. It was the bomb for me though! I am so glad I did it, I have never had so much as a zit since!

  3. That is something that just is not fair. I started breaking out like a pubescent school girl out of the blue at about 23. Once again, not fair.

  4. I use to hate my nose! But now I feel like it make me, me so it doesn't bother me like it used to. I still wouldn't mind if I woke up and it shrunk a little {hehe}
